A Burlington vape shop owner already charged with sexual assault is now facing additional charges after investigators identified three more women who say they were assaulted at his place of business.
Halton Regional Police Service said Mouhamad "Frank" Sabra, 64, was arrested again on October 14 and charged with further offences, following a continued investigation that grew out of a media release issued on September 9, 2026.
According to police, the three additional adult female victims were assaulted by the accused at his place of business between the summer of 2024 and the summer of 2026. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
First charge laid in September
The investigation began after an adult woman reported being assaulted while alone inside Vape on Plains II, located at 1376 Plains Road East in Burlington. Police identified the suspect as the store's owner.
Sabra, a resident of Burlington, was arrested on September 8, 2026, and charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of failing to comply with a probation order. He was held in custody at that time pending a bail hearing.
Police note that Sabra also owns a second location, Vape on Plains, at 70 Plains Road West in Burlington.
